Our services include listing property for rent and property for sale, as well as providing marketing and promotional support. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including property owners, potential buyers, and tenants.

1.1 Eligibility

To use Valorgi’s services, you must be a legal property owner or have the authority to represent the property owner. If you are not the owner, you must ensure that you have explicit permission from the property owner to list the property on the platform.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By listing your property or using the Valorgi platform, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform.

2. Property Listings

Valorgi provides a platform to list property for rent or property for sale in Dubai. The following guidelines apply to property listings:

2.1 Property Details

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete details of your property, including location, size, price, amenities, photos, and any other relevant information.
All images and descriptions must be true and accurate representations of the property. Misleading or fraudulent listings will be removed immediately.

2.2 Property Information

For Rent Property in Dubai: If you are listing a property for rent, you must provide the rental terms, including rent price, payment frequency, duration of the lease, and any other conditions.
For Sale Property in Dubai: When listing a property for sale, you must specify the sale price, any applicable taxes or fees, and the ownership transfer process.

3. Listing Process

The process for listing your property for rent or property for sale on Valorgi involves several steps:

3.1 Step 1: Property Valuation

Before your property is listed, Valorgi may offer a valuation service to help determine an appropriate price for the property. This valuation will take into account market trends, location, size, and comparable properties in Dubai.

3.2 Step 2: Document Verification

To list a property for rent in Dubai or property for sale, you must provide valid proof of ownership or authorization to sell/rent the property. These documents must be submitted for verification before the property can be listed

3.3 Step 3: Marketing and Promotion

Once your property is listed, Valorgi will actively market the property to a wide audience using online and offline channels, such as social media, email newsletters, and partner networks.

4. Pricing and Fees
4.1 Listing Fees

Valorgi charges a listing fee for property for rent and property for sale in Dubai. The exact fee depends on the type of property and the services requested. All fees will be clearly outlined before you complete the listing process.

4.2 Commission Fees

In addition to listing fees, Valorgi may charge a commission fee for successfully closing a transaction. This fee is agreed upon before you list the property and is applicable once a deal is finalized between you and the buyer or tenant.

4.3 Additional Costs

 

Any additional costs, such as maintenance, legal fees, or transaction processing costs, are the responsibility of the property owner or seller and must be disclosed to potential buyers or tenants.

5. Transaction and Agreements
5.1 Property Sale

Once a property for sale is listed, Valorgi will facilitate communication between the seller and the buyer.
The sale agreement and payment terms must be negotiated directly between the parties. Valorgi is not responsible for negotiating prices or terms of sale.
The buyer and seller are responsible for any legal formalities, including ownership transfer, payment processing, and registration with the Dubai Land Department.

5.2 Property Rental

For property for rent, once a tenant is found, the rental agreement must be signed between the landlord and the tenant.
Valorgi does not engage in the signing of rental agreements or payment collections. The landlord and tenant are responsible for completing and managing their rental contracts.

6. Payment and Refunds
6.1 Payment Terms
  • All payments for listing services and commissions must be made through the payment methods provided by Valorgi.
  • Payment for property listings is due before the property is published on the platform.
  • If the property is removed or withdrawn before a transaction is completed, the listing fee is non-refundable.
6.2 Refunds
  • Refunds are generally not available for listing fees or commission charges, except where there has been an error by Valorgi or a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. User Responsibilities
7.1 Accuracy of Information
  • As a property owner or representative, you are responsible for providing accurate information about the property. This includes truthful descriptions, correct pricing, and all relevant details. Misrepresentation of any information can result in the removal of your listing and potential legal consequences.

7.2 Legal Compliance
  • You agree to comply with all relevant property laws in Dubai, including but not limited to the Dubai Land Department’s regulations, local tenancy laws, and real estate trading standards.

7.3 Tenant and Buyer Screening
  • Valorgi does not perform background checks or screening of potential buyers or tenants. It is the responsibility of the property owner to conduct appropriate screening before entering into any agreement.

8. Valorgi’s Responsibilities
8.1 Platform Access
  • Valorgi will provide a reliable platform for listing properties, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be accessible without interruptions.

8.2 Marketing and Exposure

Valorgi will market your property for rent and property for sale to a wide range of potential buyers and tenants. However, we cannot guarantee that a transaction will occur within a specific timeframe.

8.3 No Guarantees

Valorgi does not guarantee that your property will be rented or sold through our platform. Success depends on various factors, including property pricing, location, and market demand.

9. Limitation of Liability

Valorgi is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of our platform. We do not guarantee the sale or rental of properties and are not responsible for any failure to close a transaction.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Valorgi is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data shared through the platform will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Valorgi reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. By continuing to use the platform after changes are made, you accept the new Terms and Conditions.
